## Get an overview and insight

With Casting Agenda you can see at a glance which options are still open, which shoot days are confirmed and when you can expect to be paid.

- 📋 **Track your options** — add each option with the production title, status, casting agency, dates, location, type of role and fee (from application to paid)
- 📅 **Monthly planner** — a colour-coded calendar of all your shoot days and options
- 💶 **Track payments** — keep tabs on outstanding fees and see your total earnings per casting agency and per month straight away
- 🗂️ **Your history at a glance** — your production history is always available, and the dashboard lists your totals in tiles you can move and resize yourself
- 🎭 **Type of role** — note for each option whether it was extra work, featured extra work, a small speaking role or something else; your dashboard then shows how your work is split in percentages
- 📺 **Broadcasts** — if an option has no broadcast date yet, the app looks it up for you. You get a heads-up on the day your production airs, and your dashboard shows what’s coming up on TV soon
- 👀 **Visibility** — after the broadcast, note how visible you were, from background to foreground. Only you can see it

Casting Agenda runs in your browser — on your phone on set, on your laptop at home. No app store needed, and your data is always on both. Prefer it as an app? Add it to your home screen and it opens just like a regular app.

Currently keeping track of your options in a spreadsheet? Bring it across in one go: import your existing Excel or CSV file and you won’t have to start from scratch.

## Your data stays yours

No adverts, no tracking cookies, no profiling. We don’t sell your data and we share nothing with casting agencies or producers. Whatever you enter is, and remains, yours. On the public website we anonymously count how many people visit, using our own analytics tool on our own server, without tracking cookies; the app uses no analytics tool at all. You can switch off tips and the monthly overview yourself. Want to leave? You can delete your account yourself, and you’ll automatically receive an export of all your options.
